This all-levels workshop invites you deeper into the body through guided movement explorations, including solo and partner play. Cultivate self-appreciation and connect with others in playful, compassionate community. Come wiggle, giggle, and heal.

Tina Powell is on a mission to live tuned in, turned on and FREE! She is a sensual movement artist and the creator of Zensuality, where she facilitates healing movement spaces. Outside of dance, Tina has trained in theater arts, somatic therapy, qigong, Reiki, and is a 200hr certified yoga teacher.

The Pleasure Chest Michael David Creamer & Mira Malcolm

Join us for a workshop that explores breast/chest health and pleasure (for all bodies!). This hands-on session combines breast/chest lymphatic massage, Mantak Chia’s Healing Love practices—such as the Inner Smile and Taoist breast/chest massage—alongside sensory techniques designed to cultivate erotic energy and unlock the powerful energy of the heart.

This workshop also guides exercises to gain more experience with the power of attention and the energy that can be cultivated through consciously touching another or yourself with attunement. This is why many first interactions feel so deeply enjoyable— both parties are paying full attention!

This intimate and transformative experience is open to all genders. You can keep your shirt on or off, choose to participate in any exercise, or sit out at any time. Please bring your own "nest" materials (blankets, pillow, etc.)

IMPORTANT: This workshop requires a partner to attend. You can attend with a romantic partner, friend, or even a stranger you trust. There will be some time before the workshop for folks to meet others looking to see if there is a fit.
